Upon termination of your account, ph654 will process any verified withdrawal of legitimate funds remaining in your account balance, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to ph654. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited upon termination for breach of these Terms.
You may close your ph654 account at any time by contacting ph654 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph654's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ph654's internal dispute resolution process requires players to submit a formal complaint to ph654 support in the first instance. ph654 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavor to resolve the complaint within fourteen (14) business days. If you are not satisfied with ph654's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
