01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ph654 platform — whether through the website at ph654.net, the ph654 mobile application, or any other ph654-operated channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the ph654 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use any part of the ph654 service. If you are using ph654 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

ph654 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. 02 Eligibility

To register and use the ph654 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. ph654 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

ph654 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. ph654 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to meet eligibility requirements.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of ph654 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active ph654 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ph654 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph654 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be attributed to you.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify ph654 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ph654 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Changes to your personal details must be submitted to ph654 support with supporting documentation where required.

ph654 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where ph654 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph654 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the ph654 platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph654 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to process, depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Identity verification, including proof of age and proof of payment method ownership, must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: ph654 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to Original Payment Method: ph654 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit payment method. This is a standard anti-money laundering control and applies regardless of the player's preferred withdrawal method.
• Transaction Fees: ph654 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph654 bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions on ph654 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph654 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

ph654 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason for it, to the extent permitted by law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph654 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit, after which any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ph654 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are random, independent, and not influenced by previous results or any external factors. The following terms apply to gameplay on ph654:

• Game Rules: Each game on ph654 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph654 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph654 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph654 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph654 software.
• Use ph654 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of ph654 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws. ph654 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph654 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph654 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game malfunctions, technical errors, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the ph654 platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph654 service for any reason.
• Losses arising from events beyond ph654's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

ph654's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph654 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph654 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph654's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination

ph654 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity of your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account, ph654 will process any verified withdrawal of legitimate funds remaining in your account balance, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to ph654. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited upon termination for breach of these Terms.

You may close your ph654 account at any time by contacting ph654 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph654's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph654's internal dispute resolution process requires players to submit a formal complaint to ph654 support in the first instance. ph654 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavor to resolve the complaint within fourteen (14) business days. If you are not satisfied with ph654's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
